Incorporation of Companies in Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone

Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAKFTZ) is based in the United Arab Emirates and is one of the most promising Emirates due to its developing economy and the success of this free zone.

  • Industrial license.
  • General Trading license.
  • Consultancy/ Services license.

 

Leasing

There are leasing facilties in the RAKFTZ and one of the most effective options is the standard office which is a furnished office with two workstations and two chairs, with a cost of AED 22,000 per annum.

 

Deposit of Starting Capital:

Please note that the company will need to open a bank account in UAE and deposit the required share capital of AED 100,000/- in the company’s bank account, where it will need to stay until the trade license is issued. Once the trade license is issued, the entire share capital can be withdrawn or used as working capital.

 

The required documents

Please note that we would require the following documentation to proceed with the registration of an FZE and obtaining a Commercial Trading License in RAs Al Khiamh Free Trade Zone:

 

Passport copy

  • Utility Bill [within the last 3 months]
  • Bank reference letter [within the last 3 months]
  • Bank Statement – Minimum balance Dhs 100,000 (only need personal bank statements of the investor)
  • C.V.
  • Educational Qualification [only if required]
  • Business Plan View our Business Plan Template

 

Time Frame

Once we receive all the required documentation and the stipulated payment, we will prepare the registration and license applications and submit these documents to the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone Authority for approval. Please note that it will take approximately 4 weeks to complete the entire registration procedure and obtain the relevant license from the Free Zone Authority.

It is important that we are able to make payments as efficiently as possible to the various free zone departments in order to proceed with the registration and obtain the initial approval. Therefore we would require the total fees to be paid in advance.
