Incorporation of Companies in Hamriya Free Zone
Hamriyah Freezone is a free zone based in the Emirate of Sharjah, which is linked to three sea ports as well as Sharjah International airport, making it a thriving area for business. It maintains highly developed infrastructure and telecommunications links.

- Trading license.
- Industrial license.
- General Trading license.
- Consultancy license.
Leasing of the facility:
Al Hamriyah free zone provides investors with many kinds of facilities according to the requirements of the activity. They have leasable land, office units and pre-built warehouses. Various size and price need can be catered to with the leasable land starting at AED 5,000 Sqm at a minimum price of 25 AED/Sqm. Pre-built warehouses start at 614 Sqm at a minimum price of AED 110,000 and office unit leases start at 15.30 Sqm at a minimum price of AED 17,000. In most of free zones the number of visas, are directly dependent on the amount of office space leased in the free zone. [Example: 3 visas for an office of 27 square meters]. However the Hamriyah Free Zone is one of the only freezones in the UAE that issues a Commercial Trading License on a E-Office [Virtual Office] facility. It is possible to apply for an Electronic / Flexi Office at Hamriyah Free Zone, which allows the license holder to avail of 3 employment visas.
Please note that we would require the following documentation to proceed with the registration of an FZE and obtaining a Commercial Trading License in Hamriyah Free Zone:
- Passport copy [including visa page]
- Utility Bill [within the last 3 months]
- Bank reference letter [within the last 3 months]
- Business Plan View our Business Plan Template
- Educational Qualification [only required while applying for an employment visa]
Minimum Capital Requirement
The minimum capital requirement for Hamriya freezone is AED 150,000 for any business.
Once we receive all the required documentation and the stipulated payment, we will prepare the registration and license applications and submit the same to the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority for approval. Please note that it will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete the entire registration procedure and obtain the relevant license from the Free Zone Authority.
